Christmas and New Year:
Thank you for contacting our reservation service that will inform you with pleasure on our booking conditions and our policy cancellation for this time of year so special. When the reservation is confirmed, we will not be able to perform the repayment of stay.

High season:
For more than 7 nights, a deposit of 3 nights will be asked to confirm a reservation. For reservations or shorter stays very long (greater than 10 nights) half of your stay will be asked for confirmation. The deposit is refundable ( less 3% for bank fees) for any cancellation made by email at least 30 days before the arrival date.

Low season:
For more than 7 nights, a deposit of 3 nights will be asked to confirm a reservation. For reservations or
shorter stays very long (greater than 10 nights) half of your stay will be asked for confirmation. The deposit is refundable ( less 3% for bank fees) for any cancellation made by email at least 15 days before the arrival date.

Stay 3 nights or less:
For stays of very short duration, we prefer that the entire stay is set at the time of booking. If annulation15 days before the date originally scheduled arrival, half of the stay will be refunded.

No-show or early departure:
Given the small number of suites that we offer we will study the possibility of refunding or reuse of the deposit based on requests that we receive during the holiday period originally planned.

With effect from 1 January 2008 a tax of 5% is applicable on lodging and will be collected upon departure from Villa-Lodge 4 épices. The tax applies to amounts received by the institution and requires that administrative costs could be applied to reservations cancelled.

We remind you that Villa-Lodge 4 épices can not be held responsible for your cancellations and we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
